Rollercoaster Second Period Leaves Bruins, Sabres Both Looking for Some Way to Clinch Victory (Video)

There were six goals total in the second period, including three unanswered by the Bruins. However, the Sabres fought back with a 5-on-3 goal and another just minutes later to tie the game at three heading into the final frame.

Thomas Vanek continued to build his reputation as a Bruins killer, netting two more goals. Then Rich Peverley and Brad Marchand gave the Bruins a lead, but it was short-lived.

NESN Nation’s Dan Duquette is trying to keep up with all the action. See more in the above video.
