UMass Players Chaz Williams, Raphiael Putney Show Off Skills With Alley-Oop From Top of Concourse (Video)

There are many UMass basketball fans who will tell you that Chaz Williams is one of the best point guards in the country that you maybe haven’t heard about. Those same people won’t be surprised by the point guard’s latest feat then.

Williams and teammate Raphiael Putney may be on the verge of becoming Internet stars, thanks to a little post-practice horsing around. After a practice prior to Wednesday’s game with Miami (Ohio), the two players hooked up for a pretty jaw-dropping alley-oop.

With the cameras rolling, Williams went to the top of the concourse inside Miami’s arena. From there, he threw a pass down onto the court, where the ball bounced once before the high-flying Putney snatched it out of the air and slam-dunked it.
