The Bruins and Sabres have squared off twice already this season, and there have been some pretty physical battles in both meetings.
On Friday, the two teams will renew niceties at the First Niagara Center, with the Bruins holding a sizeable lead in the standings. A win away from the TD Garden could all but put the division out of reach for the Sabres, and with all the uncertainty swirling around the team’s front office right now, could force the team to make a change.
