Zdeno Chara Adds ‘Sunshine Spin-O-Rama’ to List of Achievements After Crazy Goal Lifts Bruins to Victory (Video)

It’s usually a highlight whenever Zdeno Chara scores for the Bruins, but Sunday’s effort kicked things up a notch or three.

The Bruins’ captain scored on a whirling dervish through the Panthers defense, pulling off a perfect spin-o-rama before going top shelf to beat goalie Jacob Markstrom. The tally cemented a two-goal lead for the B’s, capping off a memorable swing through the Sunshine State.

NESN Nation’s Dan Duquette is awarding Chara our “Sunshine Spin-O-Rama” player of the game award for the highlight-reel antics, although Tuukka Rask made a strong case for himself by saving 34 shots as the Bruins continued their hot start. Who’s your player of the game? Vote in the poll below.
