Allie LaForce Takes National Stage as CBS Journey Continues With March Madness Sideline Reporting (Gallery)

Allie LaForceAllie LaForce has taken the center stage for March’s most prized event, the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

Laforce, who co-hosts CBS Sports Network’s show Leading Off with Doug Gottlieb, was assigned to a sideline reporting position for this year’s NCAA Tournament.

The 24-year-old is no stranger to the bright lights. In 2005, she was honored with Miss Ohio Teen USA and in 2011, her familiar face won an Emmy award for anchoring FOX 8’s Friday Night Touchdown high school football show.

LaForce joins Rachel Nichols and Jamie Maggio as some of the more high-profile reporters covering this year’s March Madness.
