If a rivalry is at its best when the two teams involved are at the top of their games, then the Bruins-Canadiens feud is about to return to peak form.

Montreal is back in the playoff picture after missing out on the fun in recent years, and the Habs enter Sunday tied for first place in the Northeast — with the Bruins, of course. That’s pretty much the way things should be, and the way that seems to translate into the best battles between the two Original Six squads.
