Apparently Chris Johnson is tired of spring training.
After nearly a month and a half of baseball’s preseason, Johnson is finally calling “uncle.” [tweet https://twitter.com/C_Johnson28/status/315454933853949953 align=center]
It’s understandable that the Braves third baseman wants spring ball to end, he’s tearing the cover off the ball, batting .368 with a .923 OPS, three home runs and 11 RBIs. Johnson might want to spend the last week of spring training working on his batting eye, though — he has zero walks.
Johnson has the unenviable task of replacing Chipper Jones at third base this season for the Braves.
