Some people will do just about anything for a delicious Jimmy John’s sandwich.

Eastern Illinois running back Bobby Pettis was apparently willing to go to jail for one, according to the Charleston Illinois Police Department.

At around 3 a.m. on March 22, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery involving a driver for Jimmy John’s sandwich shop, a knife and apparently Mr. Pettis.

According to the Facebook post, the victim reported that as he was “delivering a sandwich he was approached from behind and had what he believed was a knife pressed into his side and relieved of his cash.”

The 21-year-old Pettis was arrested for aggravated robbery and pulled off one of the finest mugshots we’ve seen in quite a while.
