After the 2012 “Summer of Gronk,” perhaps the Patriots were not ready for the 2013 sequel — the “Winter of Gronk.”

Bill Belichick did not seem happy when asked about Rob Gronkowski at the NFL’s winter meetings on Tuesday, according to Shalise Manza Young of the Boston Globe. Belichick was asked about the wrestling move Gronkowski performed on his friend while his arm was in a cast, and Belichick replied, “Let’s stick to football questions.”

When asked about Gronkowski’s injuries, Belichick said, “That’s a long way away. A lot of players have a lot of things to do between now and then.” While neither of those responses scream “unhappiness,” especially when it comes to Belichick’s typical curmudgeonly attitude, we’ll defer to the people who were actually there to decide the head coach’s mood in regards to his star tight end.
