Hopefully no fax machines were harmed in the process of these negotiations.

Elvis Dumervil, who famously became a free agent after a fax machine snafu foiled his workings with the Broncos, has received a contract offer from the Baltimore Ravens, Mike Klis of The Denver Post reports. The Broncos are still in the mix for the defensive end and “have offered more money in the early portion of the deal,” Klis reports.

The Dolphins and Titans are also talking with Dumervil’s agent, Klis reports, although no word has arisen over whether the Patriots, who are rumored to be interested in Dumervil, have become involved.
