Sebastian Vollmer Agrees to Terms on Reported Four-Year Deal With Patriots

Free agent right tackle Sebastian Vollmer has agreed to terms on a new contract with the Patriots, the team announced on Tuesday.

The contract is for four years, according to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald. Vollmer started 15 games with the team last season. During his four-year career, Vollmer has played in 51 games, starting 44 of them.

The German product was drafted No. 58 overall out of Houston in 2009. He was a second-team All-Pro in 2010. In 2012 he allowed seven sacks, seven quarterback hits and 26 pressures, according to the website Pro Football Focus.
