Andy EnfieldThis was inevitable. Less than a day removed from leading Florida Gulf Coast on the longest postseason run in its brief history, Andy Enfield is attracting attention for coaching jobs at major college programs.

USC is the first to be linked to Enfield, a former assistant coach at Florida State and with the Celtics under Rick Pitino, Yahoo! Sports reports. Enfield guided the Eagles to the Sweet 16, where they lost Friday night to Florida, and became a national sensation with a unique backstory that includes unusual success in both business and romance.

The Trojans, who fired their coach in the middle of the season, are said to be attracted to the fast-paced style FGCU used in its NCAA Tournament run. USC has made only one tournament appearance in the last four years.
