Anthony Sullivan is a hard guy to say no to — whether he’s pitching OxiClean, the Edge of Glory or Sticky Buddy — and the Tampa Bay Lightning hope he’s just as convincing in their latest promotion.
The infamous pitchman recently teamed up with the Lightning to promote “Sully Hat Trick Packs,” a special ticket offer for fans. The package gives fans the opportunity to buy tickets to three home games for only $79, and in the true spirit of an infomercial, Sullivan throws in tickets to a fourth game for free.
Sullivan isn’t the only star in the infomercial, however, as Steven Stamkos, Teddy Purcell and Ryan Malone also make cameos. Sullivan shows in the commercial that he may not have what it takes to be an NHL goalie, but with the Lightning ranking seventh in attendance this season, it’s safe to say he can stick to his day job.
