Update, 1:20 p.m. ET: Multiple sources are reporting that Jagr has been dealt to the Bruins for a package involving both prospects and draft picks.

The Bruins missed out on future Hall of Famer, Jarome Iginla last week when the former Flames captain chose the Penguins over the B’s, but the Black and Gold may land another NHL legend this week, if reports are true.

According to Pierre LeBrun, the Stars “have decided to trade Jaromir Jagr” and the NHL insider’s sense is that the Bruins lead the list of suitable teams.

Jagr has 679 goals and 1,000 assists in 1,380 career games. In 34 games this season for the Stars, he’s potted 14 goals to go with 12 helpers. During the 2011-12 season, he had 19 goals and 25 assists in 73 games for the Flyers. Jagr won the Hart Memorial Trophy in 1999 and has won the Art Ross Trophy in 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.
