Bryce Harper was impressive in his first major league season, and as he got ready to enter his first full season here in 2013, many expected him to take his game to another level.

If his first two at-bats of 2013 are any indication, the sky is truly the limit for the phenom this season.

Harper began a highly anticipated Washington Nationals season in a big way. Harper took full advantage of Ricky Nolasco, hitting a home run to right field in the outfielder’s first at-bat of the season. That would be pretty cool even if Harper left it at that. However, he was not done. Harper came up again for the second time in the fourth inning — and went deep yet again.

The quest for three in a row was thwarted, however, when Harper flew out in his third at-bat of the opener.
