Felix Doubront Gets First Start of the Year Against Blue Jays in Toronto

Daniel Nava is staying in the No. 2 slot.

The outfielder will once again be batting second between Jacoby Ellsbury and Dustin Pedroia and will serve as the team’s DH against Josh Johnson and the Blue Jays.

The lone Sox player with significant experience against Johnson is Shane Victorino, who is 12-for-38 (.316) with two doubles and two RBIs against the righty.
