Indians Fly Progressive Field Flag at Half-Staff as Cleveland Welcomes Red Sox to Town (Photo)

As the Red Sox travel away from the confines of Fenway Park for a short three-game road trip, they likely do so with heavy hearts.

However, with tributes to the Boston Marathon tragedy coming in from around the world, the Cleveland Indians are also showing due respect as they welcome the Red Sox to Progressive Field. As noted by multiple Red Sox beat writers, the flag in center field at the Cleveland ballpark has been lowered to half-staff, honoring Boston and the loss the city has suffered.

Check out a picture of the Progressive Field flag below.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
