J.R. Smith Suspended for Game 4 After Elbowing Jason Terry in Throat (Video)

The Knicks will try to sweep the Celtics on Sunday without J.R. Smith.

The guard was suspended one game by the NBA after delivering an elbow to Jason Terry‘s throat. The league deemed the elbow, delivered on Friday night at TD Garden, a flagrant foul.

Smith was ejected from the game for the flagrant foul 2 after scoring 15 points with four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 24 minutes.
