Jaromir JagrOK, so we all know that the Bruins aren’t getting the Jaromir Jagr that terrorized opposing goalies, defensemen and coaches for nearly two decades beginning in the early 1990s.

Instead, the B’s are bringing in a complementary player, who at 41, should still be able to give Boston a boost offensively and on the power play. But just because Jagr no longer dominates hockey games like he did for the Penguins and Rangers for so long, doesn’t mean we have to forget about those unbelievable years.

Jagr’s a lock for the Hall of Fame, and anything he does from now on is just gravy. Even so, Bruins fans would be remiss for not taking advantage of seeing the living legend take the ice in Boston, even if it is just for a couple of months.
