It’s a small world.
On Monday, NBA center Jason Collins came out as gay, making headlines throughout the world of sports. Who knew he had a high school connection to popular Jason Segel of Forgetting Sara Marshall and How I Met Your Mother fame?
The two future stars not only attended Harvard-Westlake School at the same time, but Segel also joined Collins on the varsity basketball team, earning the nickname “Dr. Dunk.” Sports Illustrated was able to unearth a picture of the team courtesy of the school.
