The Red Sox are sticking with the same lineup that led them to an 8-4 victory over the Astros on Saturday night — and why wouldn’t they?

The Astros, on the other hand, have completely changed their lineup between Saturday night and Sunday afternoon as they go from facing lefty Felix Doubront to right-hander John Lackey. Lackey is making his first start since April 6, when he injured his bicep 4 1/3 innings into an eight-strikeout performance.

Lackey made just one rehab start in Portland, where he pitched 3 2/3 innings, allowing three hits, two walks and no runs. He struck out five.
