Rob Gronkowski isn’t the only tight end on the New England Patriots who is dealing with injury concerns this offseason.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports that Aaron Hernandez has had shoulder surgery and will likely miss workouts with the Patriots this spring.

Hernandez said earlier this spring that he has a renewed focus in the offseason this year, as he’s training with the goal of staying healthy for all 16 games next season.
