After Boston and it’s immediate surrounding area was on lockdown for hours on Friday during the pursuit of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the region breathed a collective sigh of relief when local, state and federal law enforcement caught suspect No. 2.

Watertown and Boston locals weren’t the only ones showing their appreciation for the efforts in catching Tsarnaev. Athletes too took to social media to send out their thank you’s. Tom Brady was among the local sports stars that wanted to send out a special shout out to law enforcement. Since Brady doesn’t have a Twitter account, the star quarterback used his Facebook page to show appreciation.

Check out Brady’s post below, which has garnered 34,668 likes as of Saturday morning.
