Brian Urlacher is retiring from the NFL after 13 seasons with the Chicago Bears, and he did it in the most-2013 way possible — via Twitter.
The linebacker was an eight-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro. He was drafted No. 9 overall by the Bears in 2000 after playing safety at New Mexico. He made one Super Bowl with the Bears during the 2006 season and won the 2005 AP Defensive Player of the Year award.
