Michelle Obama‘s “Let’s Move” campaign encourages children to eat healthier and be more active, making the campaign and professional football players a perfect match.
Likewise, a number of celebrities and athletes have lent themselves to the campaign, with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick among them. In fact, Kaepernick even recently had the opportunity to meet up with Obama in person.
Kaepernick documented the meeting on his Instagram account, and it appears the two had a good time together. The QB even got a chance to teach the first lady his trademarked (seriously) move: Kaepernicking.
