Harrison Barnes Leaves Game After Taking Awful Tumble in Second Quarter Against Spurs (Animation)

Harrison Barnes has had a breakout postseason. The Golden State Warriors rookie has upped his scoring average to 16.7 points per game in the playoffs (from 9.2 points per game in the regular season) and he has developed into a go-to guy when defenses load up on Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

All that aside, we just hope Barnes is able to get back on the court soon. He took a cringe-worthy spill late in the second quarter on Thursday, falling face-first onto the court after trying to block a shot by Boris Diaw. Barnes remained on the court for several minutes, then walked to the locker room with a trainer holding gauze up to his head. His blood had to be wiped off the court.

(Barnes returned to the court to start the second half with what the team called a laceration above his eye.)
