Minutes after Carmelo Anthony looked like he might be down for the count with a shoulder injury in the fourth quarter of the Game 5 between the Knicks and Celtics, Jeff Green laid down a dunk of monstrous proportions over the New York forward. Green’s approach split the defense, almost causing Anthony and Raymond Felton to run into one another.
