Otis Nixon landed in some hot water this weekend in Georgia.

The former MLB outfielder was arrested early Saturday morning for possession of crack cocaine, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

The 54-year-old, who played for nine teams over 17 MLB seasons from 1983-1999, was charged with felony possession of cocaine, as pointed out by the Marietta Daily Journal. According to the report, an anonymous caller told Cherokee County 911 that someone was weaving on Interstate 575 just after midnight on Friday. After Nixon was pulled over, he passed a sobriety test, but a deputy found “more than a few rocks of crack cocaine” on him and in his vehicle, a Dodge Ram, according to reports.

Police found two crack pipes and loose crack rocks around the truck and reported that Nixon told officers the crack was probably his son’s.

“Otis said he was always finding drugs and drug objects left by his son,” an officer said in the report.
