Pedro CiriacoThe Red Sox look to continue their positive momentum and pick up their fourth straight win on Saturday night against the Minnesota Twins.

The Sox are banged up in a number of ways with Shane Victorino out with a back injury and shortstop Stephen Drew out after also sustaining a back injury Friday night in Boston’s extra-inning win over the Twins. Pedro Ciriaco gets the starting nod in place of Drew at shortstop. Ryan Lavarnway takes the place of Jarrod Saltalamacchia behind the dish to take over duties against the left-handed Scott Diamond for the Twins.

Jacoby Ellsbury has put in solid work so far this season as the only Red Sox player who has played every inning of every game. Ellsbury won’t get a break yet as he gets the start in center field and is back in the lead off spot. Ellsbury is hitting .247 with a .312 OBP and stole his AL-leading 13th base Friday night.
