Robert Griffin III is getting married, and many Redskins fans aren’t invited to the wedding. That hasn’t stopped them from buying their star player everything he asked for, though.
The Redskins quarterback thanked his fans on Sunday for buying all of the items from his wedding registry at Bed Bath & Beyond. The registry was previously discovered by the DC Sports Bog, prompting generous well-wishers to spring into action.

Lest any “Debbie Downers” criticize the multimillionaire quarterback for having fans buy him presents, Griffin was quick to point out that fans came by his registry on their own and decided to buy the gifts without any prompting.
Griffin and his bride-to-be, Rebecca Liddicoat , are expected to tie the knot on July 6.
