LeBron James Blocks Tiago Splitter Into Oblivion During Heat’s Third-Quarter Demolition of Spurs (Video)

Did you see that block Sunday night? Which block? Oh, there was only one.

LeBron James placed himself on the NBA Finals permanent highlight reel Sunday night with a game and play that will be hard to top.

The Heat struggled against the Spurs in Game 1 of the finals last week, and they looked to have their hands full at home in Game 2 on Sunday night, too — until the third quarter. James came out roaring, and the Heat soon pushed themselves to a double-digit lead.

Tiago Splitter then made the unwise choice of trying to cut down the lane and dunk off a creative Tony Parker pass. James was loitering near the block, and he came over and rejected Splitter with force and precision not often seen, even in the NBA.

James continued to pour it on after that, completing a dunk on his own end off a turnover as Miami went up 91-67.
