Monday was not the best for Mikhail Youzhny.

After advancing to the fourth round of the French Open, Youzhny ran into some stiff competition in the form of Tommy Haas. Haas made short work of Youzhny, cleaning him out 6-1, 6-1, 6-3 — but not before Youzhny put his racket to better use on the sidelines.

Youzhny came off the court on a changeover and beat his racket into a new shape on the bench, drawing loud cheers from the crowd. A French Open ballboy then came over and casually took the garbage away while Youzhny hid under his towel.

Check out the moment in the video below, with a hat tip to Yahoo!’s appropriately named Busted Racquet.
