The Red Sox have locked up their second-round pick.

The Red Sox announced Saturday that they have signed 19-year-old right-hander Teddy Stankiewicz, whom they selected with the 45th overall pick in the 2013 MLB draft.

Stankiewicz posted a 4-5 record and 2.52 ERA in 60 2/3 innings at Seminole State College this year. He racked up 70 strikeouts and issued only 10 walks.

A native of Keller, Texas, Stankiewicz checks in at 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds. He was selected out of high school by the Mets in the second round of the 2012 draft, but he elected to attend Junior College.

The Red Sox have signed 19 of the 40 players that they selected in the 2013 draft, including each of their top three selections.
