Aaron Hernandez will be arrested in connection with the North Attleboro murder investigation, according to Steve Silva of Boston.com.

Police have been investigating Hernandez’s connection to Odin Lloyd, who was found dead about a mile from Hernandez’s North Attleboro home on Monday, and Silva says they are preparing to arrest him.

Police questioned Hernandez and searched his home on Tuesday evening, leaving the premises with a box in hand. Hernandez is also said to have “direct ties” to the homicide, according to FOX 25.

Hernandez is also being sued by a man claiming he shot him in the face after a trip to a Florida strip club in February. That lawsuit, which was retracted earlier in the week, was refiled in a South Florida District Court on Thursday.

Update 12:53 p.m.: Wesley Lowery of The Boston Globe tweeted no arrest is imminent and that no arrest warrant has been issued relating to the North Attleboro murder.
