Bernard Pollard wants to keep his job, and he has just the thing to keep himself motivated: a pink slip from his previous job.
The Tennessee Titans safety was released by the Balitmore Ravens in March, and he’s kept his termination letter in a very visible place — his locker in Nashville. NFL.com reporter Albert Breer tweeted a photo of Pollard’s locker decoration, which is posted just behind a Gatorade water bottle.
