Tiger Woods is perhaps the most high-profile serial cheater in America. Ever since the infamous 2009 Thanksgiving incident, it’s a part of Woods’ identity that’s probably never going to go away.
But how do cheating women feel about Woods?
Victoria Milan is a website that promises users the chance to “Relive the passion — find your affair.” As you might expect, Victoria Milan is a dating website for people already in relationships, so if anyone is in a position to conduct surveys among the cheating population, it’d be them.
That’s exactly what the website did, according to a news release disseminated through FOX Sports. Victoria Milan surveyed “3,225 female cheaters,” asking them who the sexiest golfer at this week’s British Open is. The answer probably isn’t that big of a surprise.
Woods won the poll with 27 percent of the vote, but it was a closer race than you might expect. Masters champion Adam Scott came in a close second at 25 percent, while foot-in-mouth specialist Sergio Garcia placed third with 14 percent.
Amazingly, Phil Mickelson finished with appreciable votes at 2 percent. Rory McIlroy, meanwhile, finished even further down the list, as the 24-year-old received just 1 percent.
“Tiger as the number one choice of female voters certainly earns his rank based on his history of high-profile infidelity,” the news release states. “His divorce from Elin Nordegren got attention worldwide and is notorious as one of the most expensive break-ups the world has ever seen.”
So, does it then follow that cheating women like Woods because they think they have a chance with him, despite his relationship with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn? We’re not sure, but Woods certainly hasn’t shied away from cavorting with non-celebrities before, so theoretically anyone could be in play.
