deion sandersDeion Sanders has been a familiar face on television during his life after sports, serving as an analyst on NFL Network and starring in a number of commercials, but television viewers will now have the chance to take a look into the former football and baseball player’s personal life.

Sanders will be getting his own new docu-series on the Oprah Winfrey Network entitled It’s Prime Time, according to Deadline.com. The show will chronicle the life of the eight-time Pro Bowler as he raises five children in a house that is also inhabited by his mother, her foster children, and his aunt and uncle.

This is Sanders’ second attempt at launching his own reality show. The other came in 2008, when Sanders and his then-wife Pilar had their own show that aired on the Oxygen Network. That show — Deion and Pilar: Prime Time Love — lasted only eight episodes.

The new show is not expected to feature Pilar, as the two were granted a divorce in June. The Oprah Winfrey Network has said the show is scheduled to debut in 2014.
