Healthy eating habits and a good fitness routine go hand-in-hand, and that was the message Red Sox players hammered home while participating in an event for the Red Sox Foundation.
Children from the Joslin Diabetes Center joined Daniel Nava, Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Felix Doubront in a health and fitness workout at Fenway Park. The kids heard from dietitians as well as Red Sox trainers and players about the importance of healthy food and exercise.
