The start of the 2013-14 Premier League season is one month away, and Liverpool is hard at work preparing for the new campaign.
As part of its preseason preparations, Liverpool is embarking on a two-week tour, which takes them to Indonesia, Australia and Thailand. LFC will play three exhibition games in front of some of its most passionate fans, many of whom have only dreamed about watching their favorite team play in person.
The tour’s first game pits Liverpool against Indonesia XI — a select team composed of some of the top players in the country — in Jakarta. NESN will air that game live on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. ET.
