Jay-Z seems to be on a mission to field an entire major league team.

The music mogul’s newest target for his Roc Nation Sports agency is Dodgers phenom Yasiel Puig, according to Yahoo! Sports. During a recent trip to New York, Puig was invited to a party at a club that Jay-Z owns after a teammate gave the 22-year-old the rapper’s information. Apparently, Puig left the meeting intrigued by the company’s offer.

Puig would be the latest in a growing number of high-profile athletes to sign with Roc Nation Sports. Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano started the trend and was followed by Thunder star Kevin Durant, WNBA rookie Skylar Diggins, and Jets quarterback Geno Smith.

Jay-Z was recently certified by the NBA Player’s Association in order to represent basketball athletes, but came under fire by the NFL Player’s Association for his role in recruiting Smith.

The rapper has no experience negotiating contracts, but his company has partnered with Creative Artists Agency to manage baseball contracts.

If Piug were to join Roc Nation Sports, his current agent, Jaime Torres would receive the full commission on the seven-year, $42 million deal signed in June 2012.
