Alfonzo DennardThe Patriots’ tumultuous offseason just continues, as the club saw another player get into trouble Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

New England cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was arrested for the second time in 15 months Thursday morning, this time on suspicion of DUI in Lincoln, Neb. According to Omaha.com, Dennard was pulled over after straddling a lane, and was then arrested on suspicion as well as refusing a chemical test and a driving infraction.

Dennard was arrested last year after he punched an officer in the face following an incident in a Lincoln bar. Dennard was eventually convicted and sentenced to 30 days in jail as well as probation and community service. A judge eventually told Dennard that the jail sentence wouldn’t begin until March 1, 2014, which is during the NFL offseason.

It’s not the first arrest for the Patriots this offseason, of course. Former Pats tight end Aaron Hernandez is in jail right now after being charged with first-degree murder in the death of Odin Lloyd in North Attleboro, Mass. Hernandez was released by the team just an hour or so after being arrested.
