Ryan Braun Jersey Milwaukee Brewers’ fans will stand by their man, even when his own teammates abandon him.

Sales of Ryan Braun merchandise have increased since Major League Baseball suspended Braun for the rest of the 2013 season for violating the league’s Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. In an interview with the Journal Sentinel’s Don Walker, Brewers chief operating officer Rick Schlesinger said that the team will continue to offer Braun’s apparel for sale.

“It is within each fan’s right to decide whether to purchase his merchandise or not,” Schlesinger added.

Braun has support from the Brewers’ fan base, but may not have support from his fellow MLB players. Former Brewers pitcher Zach Greinke expressed disappointment in his former teammate, saying, Braun “lied to us” and that he “threw people under the bus to help himself out.” Los Angeles Dodgers star Matt Kemp said that Braun should be stripped of his 2011 MVP award.

Ryan Braun’s remaining fans can still purchase jerseys, autographed photos, and bobbleheads at the Brewers’ team store and online at the MLB.com shop.
