Buck Rogers got his leukemia diagnosis in 2005, but he didn’t let it slow him down for a minute.
Rogers came up with a workout utilizing high intensity interval training, he says, designed for people “with a date with the infusion chair.” He’s referring to the reclining chairs often used by people who receive frequent infusions of chemotherapy medicines.
After his diagnosis, Rogers realized that his time could be short, so he wanted to make the most of it. Hear how he does that in the video above.
