J.B. Shuck Robs Jose Bautista of Home Run With Amazing Leaping Catch While Falling Over Outfield Wall (Video)

J.B. Shuck may have some bumps and bruises after this one, but they were probably more than worth it after making one of the plays of the year.

On Friday night, the Angels outfielder made one of the most ridiculous catches you may ever see, let alone this season. In the fourth inning, Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista lifted a deep fly ball to left field. The ball almost certainly looked gone — that is, until Shuck did the seemingly impossible. He timed his leap perfectly, reached up for the catch and held on as he tumbled head first into the first row of the stands. Somehow, he almost immediately jumped up and back on the field to fire the ball back in.
