John Wall is fast, but this fast? That’s certainly up for interpretation.
The Wizards’ star point guard, even after signing a five-year, $80 million contract extension on Thursday, appears to be a little bored this offseason. So bored, in fact, that apparently he’s now in the business of creating fake videos.
On Thursday night, video surfaced of Wall throwing a full-court lob and seemingly sprinting to the other basket — the video, strategically, doesn’t show that part — before slamming the ball home before it hits the ground. Suffice to say, it doesn’t look too believable.
But who knows? Maybe Wall is that fast. After all, the guard can apparently go coast-to-coast in less than four seconds.
