Bills Kolb FootballIt may only be the preseason, but the injuries at quarterback are already piling up for the Buffalo Bills.

Starting in place of injured rookie EJ Manuel, Kevin Kolb took a blow to the head, and left Saturday’s preseason game against the Redskins with concussion-like symptoms and would not return, the team announced.

Kolb suffered multiple concussions while playing for the Eagles, and he missed the last month of the 2011 season with Arizona because of a concussion.

With Kolb sidelined indefinitely and Manuel out for the remainder of the preseason after undergoing a procedure on his left knee, undrafted rookie Jeff Tuel is next on the depth chart for the Bills.
