Vince Young could be getting a second chance in the NFL.
The former No. 3 overall pick has a workout with the Packers on Monday, according to the Green Bay Press Gazette. Young participated in training camp with the Buffalo Bills in 2012 before being released Aug. 27.
Even without playing in the NFL, it’s been a busy year for the former University of Texas star. Young graduated from Texas in May, where he started his education in 2002. Young threw for scouts at Texas’ pro day in March and also worked out with the Raiders this spring.
Young is 31-19 as a starter in his six-year career. He last started in 2011 with the Philadelphia Eagles’ “Dream Team.”
