The Ryan brothers are the most entertaining siblings in the NFL — sorry Harbaughs. Just imagine what they would be like on a fishing trip.
Well, now you don’t need to imagine anymore.
Rex and Rob Ryan took a fishing trip with the guys from Reel Time, an Internet fishing journal, during the offseason, and the results were as entertaining as expected during the half-hour debut episode of the show. The brothers played a little wiffle ball, caught some big fish and spent a lot of time slamming each other with endless amounts of trash talk.
While Rex may be the one best known for his gregarious personality as head coach of the Jets — though we’re not sure for how much longer, Rob is the one who steals the show on their big fishing adventure. His sarcastic tone, witty humor and general brotherly hazing — not to mention the extra, extra, extra large Kobe Bryant jersey he’s rocking at the start of the video — toward Rex make it well worth the watch.
All the best stuff takes place in the first four minutes or so, but the entire show is a pretty entertaining watch. Check it out below.
