Patriots third-string quarterback Tim Tebow had a rough showing against the Eagles on Friday, but he didn’t let one bad preseason showing get to him after the game.

While Tebow was in the locker room after his 4-for-12 showing for 55 yards through the air, he overheard a cameraman shout “Jesus Christ” after some sort of a mishap. Tebow then turned to the cameraman and said “He loves you,” according to The Washington Post’s Kent Babb.

Babb was there for the full exchange and tweeted about it after the game.

And in case this sounds too good to be true, Babb added another tweet saying that this encounter did indeed happen.
