Usain Bolt just wins, even when he doesn’t give his full effort.

Bolt, who holds the world records in both the 100 and 200 meters, put his blazing speed on display once again on Saturday, easily outpacing the competition to win the 200 meter for a record third time at the World Championships in Moscow. Bolt didn’t just win the race, though. He crushed the competition.

The Jamaican track star didn’t break his own world record time of 19.19 seconds, finishing in a mere 19.66 seconds instead, but he well could have set a new record. As has become almost customary at this point, Bolt eased up at the end of the race and glided across the finish line, cutting at least a little time off his final mark.

There’s no telling what Bolt might be able to accomplish if and when he ever gives a race his full effort. Then again, when you win that easy, he doesn’t really have to.

Check out Bolt’s win in the video below.
